Tahini Sauce
I love a good dipping sauce that well accompanies pretty much anything- be it veggie sticks, tortilla or potato chips! If you're not familiar Tahini, it's a Levantine condiment made from toasted ground hulled sesame. With 3g of protein per spoon, it is highly nutritious, full of healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals not to mention the delicious nutty and creamy flavours especially when made into this sauce. I also use this sauce as salad dressing and even as cold noodle sauce enjoyed with soba. Are you excited to try this delicious and healthy all-purpose sauce?
