These brisket tacos are actually insane! The super rich, fatty, & tender brisket pairs PERFECTLY with the grillo's pickle de gallo! You can find it in most grocery stores in the refrigerated section. Usually its near the bacon and sausage! Also- Yeah, the cook time is long, but you're getting a whole brisket out of it and most of the time cooking is completely hands-off!
Ingredients
