Vodka sauce post-bake is an absolute game changer. Baking with no sauce allows the crust to get very crispy and a much darker color than usual. And the sauce remains tangy and perfect, so you don't have to adjust your recipe for the extra baking time in the oven. This is inspired by the late Andrew Belluci and his New York shop. For the pizza in the video, I used my 24 hour dough recipe with some modifications. Check the attached sub recipe for specific details.
