Hemp Seed Oil Hummus
This is a basic hummus recipe, but you can add other ingredients to customise it such as cumin, tahini, parsley or cilantro to add more flavour. You can also add some roasted red pepper or sun-dried tomatoes for a more colourful hummus. You can also try with different kind of beans like black beans, cannellini or white beans, lentils and more. Hummus is a great dip to have in your fridge, it can be used as a spread on sandwiches or as a dip for veggies, crackers, or pita bread. You can also use it as a side dish or a topping for your favourite bowl or salad.
