They’re so stinking cute and outrageously easy to eat. I used suuuuper ripe bananas because well, I didn’t want them to go bad. But you can use any ripeness that makes you happy! Just keep in mind that the riper they are, the sweeter these lil mini banana pancakes will be. Poppyseeds are totally optional in this, but I think they add a nice texture and flavor. It’s all topped with a yogurty whipped cream sauce, maple syrup, and some powdered sugar. This is definitely meant to be shared, so go find some friends, family, loved ones, neighbors, strangers, or weirdos to enjoy this with. ❤️
