This dish is pure nostalgia for me. Every Sunday was dinner at my grandma’s house, and without fail, Chicken Cacciatore was always on the table. Slow-simmered, rich, comforting, and the kind of meal that makes the whole kitchen smell like Nonna’s. It’s still one of my favorite dishes to this day. It’s made with simple ingredients, big flavor, and perfect for a Sunday Dinner with family or when you want to make a weeknight feel a little more elevated.
