A delicious and unique ice cream recipe combining the rich flavors of red wine and strawberries with a creamy base. This was one of my first recipes I made, in the summer of 2022, or 21, honestly I don't remember, but it was awhile ago. I wanted to bring it back, as I haven't had it since, and it was one of the best ice creams I've had. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. And hey, if you want to double the wine so that you feel something...DO IT.
