One of the most frequent requests I receive is for eggless recipes. Whilst I use eggs in pretty much every recipe, these banana muffins work perfectly well without the presence of eggs in the recipe. They're moist, flavourful and so easy to make, plus, they're easy to turn vegan too!
Ingredients
3 overripe bananas
15 ml apple cider vinegar
60 ml milk (can use plant based substitute)
