This is one my favorite meatballs recipes & I can never get tired of it! The secret ingredient is buckwheat which sounds weird but actually gives meatballs an amazing taste and makes them softer. This recipe was originated in Belarus and became very popular around other European countries. I make it at least once a month.
Ingredients
A pack or ground beef/ground turkey/ground chicken
5 tablespoons of cooked buckwheat
1 onion chopped
