I absolutely love vodka sauce, and since I’ve been making homemade gnocchi a lot lately, I figured I’d put the two together. I usually use russet potatoes, but this time I went with Yukon gold to make the gnocchi extra pillowy. The soft gnocchi paired with the sauce is a match made in heaven, and the torn burrata on top really takes it to the next level.
Ingredients
For the Gnocchi:
3 large Yukon Gold potatoes
0.75 cup (120 240 g) kosher salt (for baking bed), plus 3/4 tsp for seasoning
