braised-holiday-brisket
Passover is just around the corner, and it’s one of my favorite holidays, it marks the start of spring and usually lands near my birthday, which makes it feel extra special. This slow-braised brisket brings back memories of family gatherings, good wine, and lots of laughter. The dried fruits are a traditional holiday staple from my mom, and the garlic confit mashed potatoes just felt like the perfect touch. Basically, this is my childhood on a plate (with a little twist). Wishing you a Happy Passover and Chag Sameach!
