bhindi-gosht-(okra-with-meat)
This is a lovely curry to eat with chapatis and parathas (even the store bought kind!) Also really nice with white rice. It has a bit of a tangy (khatta) flavour from the tomatoes. Original measurements makes enough for 2 family dinners for our young family of 5. Also tastes great with scrambled egg on the side, if you need more protein (usually on leftover day). And, let's be honest, that's also how I eat it for breakfast: double-roti, bhendi-gosht and scrambled eggs, no meat. Try it, it's so good!
