Everyone has the best collard greens recipe, i also think my recipe is the best. Some say southerners makes it the best well, I'm not southern, i'm not even American! However, i am Caribbean which means i add a caribbean twist to my recipe and it takes it to a whole new level. This collard greens recipe is delicious, and it is the best collard green recipe if i do say so myself.
