If you’re going to make one pasta dish this week, let it be this one. It’s a strozzapreti with a creamy ricotta-pesto sauce - basically all the punch of fresh pesto but smoothed out with fresh cheese. It’s savory, messy, and the texture is ridiculously good once you break into the burrata on top.
