Thought of this recipe since I've done this with challah, croissants, and other breads but never bagels. Saw a few recipes online, including @sallysbakeblog, where she added the dollops of cream cheese, so I included that here and it Def adds to the dish!
Ingredients
4 strips thick cut bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup cheese (I used a mix of asiago, mozzarella)
0.5 block cream cheese cut into cubes
