tomato-pie-w-stracciatella

This pizza was inspired by Truly Pizza in Dana Pointe, CA. I saw this on their Instagram account and had to recreate it. I love the tomato pie by itself but the stracciatella truly elevates it. And I thought it was way too much at first, but I'm telling you, it absolutely works. I've also attached my homemade stracciatella recipe if you can't find it in the stores.

Ingredients
