Cuando el atún se junta con una buena mayonesa casera, el resultado es maravilloso pero si a ese combo le agregas encontrones de cebolla, tomate, aji amarillo y culantro, ufff palabras mayores. Este relleno es mi favorito cuando preparo una rica Causita pero esta vez me provocó un sanguche bien taypa y la combinación fue de locos. La palta aporta cremosidad y balance, El huevo frito en mantequilla le da el toque especial y la yema al mezclarse con todo hace la mordida un manjar de dioses, agregar tu queso favorito y más na.
