hearts-of-palm-ceviche
If you've never heard of ceviche, traditionally it is an appetizer made from marinated raw fish. This version is made from hearts of palm, and you would not know it's not fish. It's so delicious. I adapted this recipe from one in Real Simple magazine in 2020.
Ingredients
1 lime
0.5 c coconut milk (be sure to shake well.)
0.5 t sea salt
