Making some protein waffles that I can reheat for breakfast for the next few days! Due to my dairy and egg allergy, I make these vegan. To store them, just place them in the fridge. If storing for longer than a few days, I recommend wrapping each waffle in parchment and freezing. To reheat the waffles, toast them in the toaster or oven. Add toppings right before eating. Enjoy!
