Ok so it doesn't taste exactly like egg, but it certainly hits the same spot! If you can get hold of some black salt it will give it the 'eggyness' you want. Serve on wholegrain toast or as part of a full english for a filling breakfast or brunch. This meal is a great alternative to animal-based protein rich meals as it is a good source of: Fibre, protein, calcium, folate, iron, manganese, zinc, b-vitamins, vitamins C & K. Dietary: V/VG, GF (if using GF bread).
