So I'm a pizza guy, but I'm obsessed with chocolate chip cookies. And when I'm obsessed with something, I can't stop trying to perfect it. I'm no pro and these are the early stages of my research, but in my opinion, they are good enough to share with you. I think these are the perfect combination of crunchy, chewy, not too thin and not too thick.
