The Channadilla
This beautiful mess you see right here is a channa masala quesadilla in naan with salsa verde and pickled onions. Or, you can just call it The Channadilla for short. Mexican and Indian cuisines are the perfect match for a fusion. Both cuisines are incredibly flavorful, spicy, and use cilantro in many of their dishes. Where they differ is that Indian food is a bit heavier and relies more on spices, while Mexican food is brighter and more acidic. Combined, it's the best of both worlds. Salsa verde, meet channa masala! To make this easier, you can just use store bought naan or even tortillas. Make lots a double batch of this channa masala for dinner, then use the leftovers for this perfect clash of cultures.
