Alegrias Joys
[When I was little, back in the late 90s, I remember that every day, without fail, a palenquera would pass by my house selling cocadas, enyucados, and the very famous alegrías. Traditionally, this recipe is made with millo, but as it has been very scarce lately and is very difficult to get for those of us who live in Bogotá, we are going to make it with puffed corn, that is, with the forgiveness of my palenquera friends.]
