Taiwanese Pork Rib and Daikon Soup Healthy
Taiwanese Pork and Daikon Soup combines pork ribs with the sweet flavor of daikon radish, creating a dish that’s both delicious and nourishing. It is packed with protein, minerals, and collagen. The pork, often ribs or shoulder, is slowly simmered until it’s incredibly tender. Daikon radish, a long white root vegetable, absorbs the flavor of the broth and gives the soup a slight sweetness. A blend of ginger, garlic, and sometimes soy sauce adds warmth and depth. It is surprisingly easy to make, You only need 10 minutes of prep time, and the rest is just simmering until the pork becomes tender.
