This morrocan soup is delicious and family friendly. It's got all the flavour, without being spicy. I have swapped the traditional angel hair pasta for wholewheat spaghetti to increase the fibre and it works really well.
Ingredients
1 stick onion, 1 celery and 4 large skinned tomatoes, 1/4 bunch of fresh parsley and coriander blitzed into a paste
1 tsp turmeric
1 can each of green lentils and chickpeas
