cheeeesy-sloppy-joe!

I wanted to take that classic Sloppy Joe we all had as kids and make it with a super special sauce, shredded cheddar cheese cuz YUM, top it with picklez for a briney crunch, and of course pack it all in a buttery toasted brioche bun. It's sloppy, it's messy, it's perfect. I wanted this to be as easy as possible so we're using a WHOLE CAN of tomato paste instead of 1/2 a can plus ketchup plus tomato sauce like you'll traditionally see... so now you don't have to worry about wtf you're going to do with like 1/2 a can of tomato paste ya know? It's easy AND delish. My two favorite thingz. You can use any cheese you have, but something about sharp cheddar just hits. Provolone or Swiss would also be banging!!

Ingredients
