Buying Jam from the shops is filled with sugar and preservatives. This recipe is a great alternative and is not only healthy for you but also tastes amazing. I did forget to take a photo before I started using it however this recipe filled the mason jar to the top. Chia Seeds are great for your gut health and is a great thickening agent for your Jam. I have been having it on my Fruit & Nut Sourdough Bread (Yum). 1 Honey (optional)
0.25 cup Chia Seeds
