We’ve all been there. It’s the end of the day and jarred sauce, boxed noodles, and some cooked meat is all that’s happening for dinner. And no shade to that, it is absolutely comforting and filling. 👏🏻 BUT I wanted to create this recipe and video so you can see a couple lil tips and tricks to elevate that. It takes marginally more effort and yields huge results. 💥 Are there things we could do to make this better? Absotootly. But that’s not the point. Andddd it’s still super comforting, super filling, and will FEED YOU FOR DAYS. 😎 It has ooey gooey mozzarella on the inside and crispy parmesan on top. The beef gets browned for optimal maillard reaction flavor town 🤌🏻 PS - peep the noodle shot to see the exact level of “al dente” I cook my pasta to when it’s going to be baked. You want a thin line of uncooked pasta in the center. You’ll see what I mean. 😘

Ingredients

16 oz box noodles (I prefer something tubular to capture sauce, but any shape will do!)
2 tbsp olive oil
0.5 tsp dry basil
