Aloha, folks! This Hawaiian dish never fails to satisfy. It's very simple and easy to make and is quite filling. Cheryl loves it but is not a fan of brown gravy, so she uses ketchup instead and sometimes adds cheese. Make it however you like, but the traditional Hawaiian way is with rice, beef patty, brown gravy, and egg.
