Pizza Muffins
These pizza muffins are too cute! Perfect for a fun snack, lunch box or to take with you on a train trip with your kids. I like these pizza muffins because the combinations of flavours are endless. Today I´ve made them with goat cheese and tomato sauce, but you can have a lot of fun with your families deciding on all different combinations, from the classic mozzarella filling to more gourmet ones with mushroom paté, 4 cheese or olive tapenade. This is a great recipe to start involving your children in the kitchen and the habit of cooking with you. Pizza is a very joyful dish and made as these cute little muffins is even more approachable for your little ones. After a couple of times, your kids will know how to make them in autonomy. All you will have to do is sit back relax and look at them cooking. For me is the most rewarding feeling of all.
