This onion tart is straight from Ludo Lefebvre's brain and I love it. I made a few adjustments but essentially, its a caramelized onion pizza, from France. I also accompanied the tart with a classic chicken cordon bleu made in a unique way, the air fryer.

0.25 cup of salted butter
