Fresh, crunchy, and perfect for a dinner party. This is one of my favorite salads to make when I’m hosting. It feels elevated, has the best mix of textures, and actually holds up really well. You get the shaved Brussels sprouts, peppery arugula, sweet apples, and those caramelized pecans… and then everything is tied together with a bright champagne vinaigrette and loads of Parmigiano. It’s simple, but it feels special — and it always hits.
