cltm-(capicola-lettuce-tomato-mozzarella!)
A fun and special twist on the class BLT. We use Capicola (Aka: Capocollo, coppa, or pork collar) and mozzarella to really take it up a notch. Plussss some super intense mustard, and parm to just add some extra pizzazz. You can use any bread you have on hand, but I highly suggest a good sourdough!
Ingredients
5 slices of capicola
2 tbsp butter
2 slices of bread
