Tenía ganas de un buen pedazo de carne hace un tiempo y hoy me quité esas ganas de la mejor forma, asando un tomahawk a las brasas con una salsa a base de mantequilla y yema de huevo, para ser saludables lo acompañamos con unos espárragos cobijados 😉 [Join me in cooking on the largest active volcano in Ecuador, Cotopaxi.
