Em homenagem ao dia da Pimenta do Reino (sim, esse dia existe! 🤣) essa é a nossa versão do Molho ao Poivre, o melhor molho para acompanhar um filé, na minha opinião! Normalmente essa receita pede para empanar o filé na pimenta do reino, mas aqui em casa achamos que a pimenta acaba dominando demais o sabor da carne, gostamos dessa versão pois o sabor fica mais sutil.
