Gluten Free | Vegan | Vegetarian | Dairy Free I'm a massive fan of freezing fruit in my fridge that may have gotten a bit too ripe or too soft to eat. This is another great option however to use up mango, it goes so beautifully with yogurt, fruit and muesli. I paired mine with my grain free muesli!

1 whole mango (the riper the better)
0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
0.5 tsp ground ginger
