Caramelized Onion and Fried Chicken Caesar Wraps
I've seen a lot of chicken caesar wraps on the internet recently. Especially ones PACKED so full of chicken caesar. And yes they look extremely good, but I feel like in a wrap there should be more contrast in flavor going on. My solution to this, is the addition of caramelized onion, and pepperoncini to the mix and WOW, it amps up the wrap so much. More texture, heartier, more acidic and sweet all at the same time.
