Compote sounds better 😘 Apples are in season and it’s the perfffectttt time to make them the key player in a meal! Yeah you could argue that the pork chops are the key player, but you’d be wrong after you try these flippin apples! 🍎🔥 We cook them down in some butter, lemon juice, ginger, and salt n’ pep. The apples get soft and sweet while still retaining some of their crunch and firmness. I can’t even explain it, it’s magic. The whole meal comes together super fast. The hardest part is literally cutting the apples. 💃 The herby salad can be made with any tender herbs you have on hand and just brightens the entire dish. ✨ You gotta try it!
