Chinese Style Beef Wontons
There is no denying it, folks. Wonton are absolutely delicious! They are high on my list of "moreish", and they always hit the spot! Making wontons is very close to how you would make the mixture for dumplings and work with the dough skins. The only difference is that wonton wrappers (skins) are more delicate than traditional dumpling dough. This is a "twofer": a two-part recipe as you will need to do the mise en place for both the filling and the noodle soup. There are a few ingredients that might not be familiar but will be very common ingredients in Chinese cuisine. Pay a visit to your local Asian market for some of the ingredients or do some shopping online! The rest can be found in standard grocery stores. First you make these wontons. Another recipe is posted for Beef Wonton Soup.
