A simple gluten-free pizza recipe with a thin center and established crust. It can be challenging these days to find a good GF flour that gets a good rise, isn't gummy, or cardboardy. The trick I've found is using Caputo GF flour. Makes a huge difference. This is not made in a traditional sense of dough, so follow the steps closely!
