My grandpa’s pancakes, but vegan! Fluffy, egg-free pancakes that cost under $3 per batch. No fancy ingredients needed - just pantry staples. You can even make it into crepes! The family recipe used to include egg, but I realized it's just as good as without. Corn starch acts as an optional egg replacement - truly optional. I make it sometimes without corn starch and it turns out great. Cost Per Pancake: - With milk: $0.28-0.34 per pancake - With water: $0.16-0.20 per pancake
