Continuing my gluten free journey for y'all, and why not throw a tavern pie in there. This is the most crushable pizza there is. Thin and crispy. I used a similar curing process as I do on my basic recipe and it turned out great! There's definitely still some trial and error on this recipe, but I wanted to get it in your hands asap!
