When smokey brisket meets bold chili- it’s game over. I smoked a prime brisket low and slow right over the pot, letting all those rich, juicy drippings fall into the bubbling pot of meat, spices and flavor bombs. This is comfort food with swagger. This recipe was inspired by Matt Pittman’s brisket chili.
