Introducing my no-bake Cookie Dough Bars that are packed with yummy chocolateyness and protein all in one bar! .. and yes, they are completely gluten free. If there’s anything you should know about me, it’s that I have a HUGE sweet tooth. So I’m basically always trying to find new ways to satisfy my chocolate craving. These bars are the perfect creation of sweet treat but with a nutritious boost. They are super quick to make in batches, so you can grab one for an easy breakfast or as a quick snack when you’re running out the door. Ps.. it’s hard to just eat one, so maybe grab two 😉

Ingredients
