Spinach Bacon and Cheese Stuffed Chicken Over Mafaldine Alfredo
This is a delicious recipe for Spinach, Bacon and Cheese Stuffed Chicken served over Mafaldine Alfredo. The chicken is seasoned with Kinder’s Caramelized onion butter Seasoning, Slap ya Mama, smoked paprika, black pepper and garlic powder and onion powder. The filling for the chicken is made with cream cheese, cooked spinach, chopped bacon, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese. The chicken is then cooked in butter and finished in the oven. The dish is served over Mafaldine pasta with an Alfredo sauce made with heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian blend cheeses, Slap ya mama, black pepper, minced garlic, and Kinder’s buttery onion seasoning.
