The most refreshing summer flavors can be had any time of the year! Why wait? I sure as hell don't! Instead of a typical pico or salsa, I love to experiment with fruit combinations that can be used on more than just one dish. Even on its own, this salsa is absolutely delicious! This makes a large batch which is perfect for BBQ's, family gatherings, and for when you want to snack on something amazing! Feel free to reduce the recipe in half for smaller batches. However, I think once you have a go at this, you are gonna wish you made the original amount of the recipe! Knife skills are extremely important on this. So, this would be a great way to practice AND have something delicious ready! A digital scale is necessary!
