Squid Ink Linguine
This squid ink linguine is made with cuttlefish ink—technically not squid ink, but the name is more familiar. Cuttlefish ink gives the pasta its deep black colour and glossy finish. It has a mild briny seafood flavour that pairs perfectly with other seafood ingredients. This recipe makes 4 portions, but it can be stretched to 6 smaller servings, ideal for appetiser-sized portions. You can also use other pasta shapes if desired, making it versatile for different presentations. Difficulty -Medium
