This high protein beef stir fry can be done so many ways! Switch out the vegetables to any you prefer, use lean ground beef for lesser fat. This can also be done straight in a pan! I prepped this for my husband and I which made 10 servings, half the ingredients if you need only 5 preps!

Salt & pepper to taste
