Most nights, I need to get in and out of the kitchen quick, and this 30 minute salmon recipe gets the job done! It comes out so flavorful and juicy and I served it with parmesan asparagus and tomatoes (which are optional but I needed to use them and loved the touch of color they added.). It all baked together on one pan and I served it over rice. Potatoes or pasta would be great with it too.
