This laulau is the culmination and showcase for my love of Asian and Polynesian flavors. Yes, traditionally, laulau is a humble dish. Wrapped together and blended with other cultures. But it also is the foundation for so much more! I used A5 wagyu, iberico pork, and butterfish wrapped together with an asian cowboy butter and topped the final bite with caviar. This is one of THE best bites I have ever had.
